Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In short: no tracking, no analytics, no advertising — only what is needed to show the website and answer your message.

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Every time you open a page, the web server automatically records technical information in log files:

• your IP address,
• date and time of the request,
• the page or file requested and the amount of data transferred,
• the website you came from (referrer),
• your browser and operating system (user agent).

This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after 7 days. The hosting provider processes this data on my behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. Contact form and email

If you send me a message via the contact form or by email, I process your name, your email address and your message in order to answer your request. Form messages are sent to my mailbox by email; they are not stored in a database on this website.

If your request relates to a possible project or contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). For all other requests, the legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering messages sent to me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I delete your message once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require me to keep it longer (for example if it leads to a contract).

4. Cookies

This website sets a single, technically necessary session cookie. It protects the contact form against misuse and spam and is deleted when you close your browser. It is not used for tracking. Storing this cookie is permitted without consent under § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; the related processing is based on my legitimate interest in a secure contact form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Fonts and external services

All fonts and files are served directly from this website. No connection is made to Google Fonts, content delivery networks, social media or any other third-party services, and no analytics or tracking tools are used.

You have the right to:

• access the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
• have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR),
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

To exercise these rights, simply write to marcowenning@poku17.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state where you live or where the alleged infringement took place.
